TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

The Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL) is located eleven miles south of downtown Atlanta. From Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, follow the signs for I-85 North. Follow I-85 North into Downtown Atlanta. Take exit number 248C – Andrew Young International Boulevard, GA Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park. Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Andrew Young International Boulevard. Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Courtland Street. The hotel entrance will be the second driveway on the left. Depending on traffic, please allow at least 25 minutes travel time to the hotel.

Parking Services. The overnight or 24-hour parking rate is a discounted $11 for self parking for SSSP guests, and $27 for valet parking. Hourly parking is also available. For more details, visit www.sheratonatlantahotel.com/directions/.

Airport Shuttle. The Atlanta Link shuttle leaves every 15 minutes from Ground Transportation at the airport, just outside of baggage claim. The rate is $16.50 one-way or $29 round-trip, per person. Allow a window of 15 minutes for pick-up due to unpredictable Atlanta traffic, and at least 25 minutes travel time to the hotel. Taxi. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost a flat rate of $30 for one person, plus $2 for each additional person.

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)
MARTA’s airport station is attached to the Airport, right off baggage claim. One way fares are $2. All riders must have a Breeze Card or ticket to access the bus or train. Breeze fare can be purchased at a Breeze Vending Machine located in all 38 rail stations or at any of the MARTA Ridestores (Airport, Five Points, Lindbergh Center and Lenox stations).

The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel is located at the Peachtree Center Station, stop #N1. Once you exit your train, you want to proceed to the escalators on the north end of the train station. (If you travel south, go left. If you travel north, go right). Once through the exit gates, go to the long escalator to your right. Follow to the street level. Once on the street level, go left toward the Hard Rock Café. Turn left at the Hard Rock Café, that will be Andrew Young International Boulevard. Walk 2 blocks and the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel will be on the right at the intersection of International Boulevard and Courtland Street.
