Administration established a tiered budget structure based on division size to reduce the Society's overall expenditures on divisional budgets..
Global Division is considered medium size

Ideas proposals invited/welcome. Division Chairs will convey through the Council of Divisions. .
I have suggested less expensive venues, including university venues convening a year on-site and one on-line, do not follow ASA, etc.
