   1. Letting members know about the upcoming election since Hannah will be stepping down as co-chair, and briefly explained roles and responsibilities as chair. 
4. Need representative for chair meeting at annual meeting [5]
   1. Due to Kat and Hannah being unable to attend the 2026 conference this year, members were asked if they would be willing to represent the division if they were able to attend.
   2. No one was able to attend the conference or had a conflicting schedule.
      1. After the meeting, Jillian Sunderland, agreed via email to attend and represent the division on behalf of Kat and Hannah.
