Lee Student Support Fund Application Submission Deadline: Midnight (EST) March 15, 2012
Only transportation expenses will be covered; registration fees and dues will not be funded. SSSP strongly suggests that other sources of funds be sought to supplement your participation, as not all expenses for attending the meeting can be paid from these funds. Pre-registration for the meeting must be paid before travel awards will be disbursed to the applicant. Persons unable to attend the meetings MUST return all monies to SSSP.
Applicants are advised of these limitations: • Applicants must be current SSSP members at the time of application • Only complete applications submitted online will be reviewed • A maximum of $500 dollars will be granted per recipient • You may only apply for ONE TRAVEL FUND -- If you are a foreign student, you must apply to the Lee Student Support Fund.

Please enter your anticipated travel costs to attend the meeting. SSSP will support travel by airplane, automobile at $.47/mile, bus, or train ONLY. The committee will use the lowest available fare as the basis for its estimates of travel cost. Remember to e-mail or mail your travel price quote (see Application Instructions above). You may also be required to submit travel expense records.
Please state your accepted contribution to the meeting. ONLY SSSP members who have been accepted for program participation will be considered.
Applicants will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of their application. If you do not receive an e-mail within two weeks of submitting your application, please contact the chair, Jennifer K. Wesely. Applicants will be notified by the chair if their application was accepted/rejected no later than May 15, 2012.
