2020 Annual Meeting Advertising and Sponsorship Rates
Founded in 1951, the Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) is one of the oldest and most respected social science organizations in the United States, with members in Canada and other parts of the world. The SSSP has over 2,000 members, nearly half of whom attend our annual meetings regularly. These scholars conduct research, publish, and teach and are always looking for new titles for their research and classes.
This meeting is an excellent opportunity to give high visibility to your graduate program to an audience of active scholars, practitioners, advocates, and students professionally engaged with social problems such as crime, justice and punishment; environmental justice; gender inequality; global and economic inequality; labor issues; health care policy; immigration; institutional ethnography; justice concerns across the life course; LGBTQ issues and concerns; poverty, disadvantage and welfare; racism and anti-racism; disability rights, and social movements.
The meeting program containing an outline of the presentations and other essential information will be distributed to each attendee and posted for one year on the frequently visited SSSP website (https://www.sssp1.org/)*. We encourage you to further enhance the presence of your graduate studies in the field by showcasing it in the SSSP conference program.

Becoming a sponsor of the Society for the Study of Social Problems’ Annual Meeting is an excellent way of prominently displaying your company name, services, and products throughout the annual meeting and final program. Your catering sponsorship will bring you to the attention of conference attendees and promote your company. SSSP tote bag sponsorship will enable you to display your name and logo prominently on the bag that attendees use throughout the Annual Meeting and long after it has ended, often to take to the beach and to go shopping, in the process helping to improve our environment by eliminating disposable bags.
