Annual Meeting Schedule
The official days of the 2023 Annual Meeting are Friday, August 18 to Sunday, August 20. Program sessions are scheduled on all three days of the meeting. The meeting will kickoff with the Arrival Meet & Greet Reception on Thursday, August 17.
Most daytime program sessions are 1 hour and 40 minutes in length, followed by a 20-minute break. Exceptions are noted in the program schedule. All conference programming will take place in Eastern Time.

Refer to the Program Schedule for a daily listing of all sessions and evening social activities. Session presiders should ensure that sessions start and end on time to avoid conflicts with subsequent activities and to allow attendees time to transition to the next session or activity.
On Friday, the 10:30am-11:45am time slot is allocated for the SSSP Business Meeting, the 6:30pm-7:30pm time slot is allocated for the Welcoming Reception, and the 7:45pm-8:45pm time slot is allocated for the Student Social Hour. On Saturday, the 4:30pm-5:30pm time slot is allocated for the Presidential Address, the 5:45pm-7:00pm time slot is allocated for the Awards Ceremony, and the 7:15pm-8:15pm time slot is allocated for the Division-Sponsored Reception. On Sunday, all sessions conclude at 4:10pm.
