Dear Annual Meeting Presenters and Authors:

The Society for the Study of Social Problems has again arranged with The Scholar’s Choice to manage the combined book exhibit for our conference taking place August 8-10 in Chicago, IL. It may be possible for your recently-published book(s) to be included in their display. Please refer to the guidelines below:

Any members interested in having their book displayed at the upcoming conference should contact their publisher between April 15th & June 15th to ask if they would be willing to send the book for the exhibit. The Scholar’s Choice displays books on behalf of the publishers and all requests must come from them, not the individual authorsIf they don’t already have our paperwork, the press may request it by emailing Mary Lynn Howe.

Publishers who are unable to attend but wish to have a few titles exhibited should contact The Scholar’s Choice. They will be providing the combined book exhibit at our annual conference. Please contact Mary Lynn Howe by email or phone (315-905-4208) for more information.

PM Press is an independent, radical publisher of critically necessary books for our tumultuous times. Our aim is to deliver bold political ideas and vital stories to all walks of life and arm the dreamers to demand the impossible. Founded in 2007 by a small group of people with decades of publishing, media, and organizing experience, we have sold millions of copies of our books, most often one at a time, face to face. We’re old enough to know what we’re doing and young enough to know what’s at stake. Join us to create a better world. Learn more at pmpress.org.
