Room Rates

  • $239 per night – Single/Double/Triple/Quad Occupancy
    Rates are subject to a $3.50 occupancy tax and a 14.75% room tax per night, subject to change. 

How to Book Your Room

  • Call: 1-888-627-7149 and request the “SSSP – NYC Conference” room rate 

  • Check-in: 4:00pm | Check-out: 12:00pm (Eastern Time) 

  • Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival 

  • Reservation Cut-off Date for the SSSP’s Group Rate: July 14, 2026 
    Reservations must be confirmed by this date to guarantee our negotiated group room rate. Reservations received after or if the room block is filled prior to that date are subject to availability or increased rate.
