When booking your lodging for the 2027 Annual Meeting, you may find a variety of options, some at lower rates than the conference hotel. Room Rates

  • Single/Double/Triple/Quad: $239 plus tax per night
    King or 2 Double Beds with 2 Bathrooms
    Rates subject to a 17.4% room tax and 1.5% CTID Transaction Charge per night (subject to change).

How to Book Your Room

  • Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am (Central Time)
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room rate and tax.
  • Reservation Cut-off Date for SSSP’s Group Rate: July 6, 2027
  • Reservations must be confirmed by this date to guarantee our negotiated group room rate. Reservations received after or if the room block is filled prior to that date are subject to availability or increased rate.
