As the federal government considers the move to a $15 minimum wage, labor organizing grows in momentum and COVID-19 continues to ravage the economy, the future of work is more hotly debated than ever. In an age of growing job precarity, what role should our government play in providing jobs and job security? “The question is, would the Biden administration embrace a policy not deployed since the New Deal?”
