Apply for the SSSP Meeting Mentor Program (deadline 6/30)

The Meeting Mentor Program is designed to facilitate interaction between new members or graduate students and veterans at the annual meeting. Meeting mentors provide valuable knowledge about the SSSP and annual meeting activities as well as insights into their own experiences as scholar activists. If you are interested in serving as a mentor or being matched with a mentor in Chicago, complete the appropriate online application.

2025 SSSP Proposed Resolutions

SSSP resolutions constitute an important opportunity for SSSP to take positions on a wide range of social issues, thereby creating a channel for greater visibility and more direct influence upon a variety of “publics,” i.e., fellow activists, scholars, students, decision-makers, social action groups, voters, and others. All current members are invited to review and comment on the 2025 proposed resolutions until July 15.
