Accepting Nominations for the Thomas C. Hood Social Action Award (Deadline: April 1)

The Thomas C. Hood Social Action Award is awarded to a local grassroots social justice organization in the New York Metropolitan Statistical Area, as defined by the U.S. Bureau of Census, that engages in direct service work while also addressing systemic change. The award carries a stipend of $2,500. Learn more and nominate an organization by tomorrow's April deadline.

Make your hotel reservation at the Westin New York at Times Square. Our room rate is $239 plus tax, per night. Be sure to request the SSSP-NYC Conference room rate when booking. Reservations made after July 14 (or if the room block fills before then) are subject to availability or increased rate.
