There are now multiple ways to connect with SSSP:
Facebook (Public page)
Click “Like” on our Facebook page, The Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) Non-Profit Organization.
Facebook (Private group)
Click “Join Group” on our Facebook group, The Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) Group and answer two questions: Are you a SSSP member? and What division/divisions are you a member of? and click the “Submit” button. You’ll be notified if your request to join has been approved.
Follow our Twitter feed at https://twitter.com/sssp1org and include the hashtag “#SSSP” in your tweets.
RSS Feeds
Sign up to receive SSSP RSS Feeds and receive the latest news postings directly in the location of your choice.
Graduate Student Listserv
If you are a graduate student member, you will be added to the graduate student listserv. The Graduate Student Representatives on the SSSP Board of Directors periodically send out announcements and reminders of interest to the listserv. If you do not want to join the listserv, you may click “I do not want to receive group e-mails” in your SSSP membership form. You may also unsubscribe at any time.
SSSP General Listserv
The SSSP listserv is an optional benefit for SSSP members. The purpose of the listserv is to facilitate discussion among current members and to serve as a place where members can seek professional advice related to the mission of SSSP; share related materials, including book reviews and events in the news; make related announcements, including events, job openings, activities, books, and call for papers; and offer other related intellectual food for thought.
