The deadline for 2026 award nominations is December 15, 2026. 

A copy of the nominated book must be sent to each member of the committee, accompanied by a cover letter (maximum two pages) explaining how the book addresses the award criteria outlined in the call for nominations. While hard copies are preferred, if cost is prohibitive, a confidential (not for circulation) PDF and/or e-book may be submitted in consultation with the Chair.
