Submission Deadline: February 15, 2026
The Program Committee is pleased to announce SSSP’s first Virtual Poster Mini-Conference, March 26-27, 2026.
Because SSSP-hosted virtual events are offered as a member benefit, all participants—including presenters and attendees—are expected to be 2026 members and register. Although these events are free to attend, requiring membership helps ensure that everyone involved is aligned with and invested in the mission and best interests of the Society. Join or renew your membership.
Posters should directly engage with SSSP’s stated purpose:
“to promote and protect sociological research and teaching on significant problems of social life…; to stimulate the application of scientific method and theory to the study of vital social problems; to encourage problem-centered social research; to foster cooperative relations among persons and organizations engaged in the application of scientific sociological findings to the formulation of social policies; to foster higher quality of life, social welfare, and positive social relations in society and the global community and to undertake any activity related thereto or necessary or desirable for the accomplishment of the foregoing purposes.”
Extended abstracts should be 200–500 words and include:
