Annual Meeting Schedule
We are pleased to share the official dates and daily schedule for the 76th SSSP Annual Meeting, which will take place Thursday, August 6 – Sunday, August 9, 2026, in New York City, NY. Please note that all conference programming will take place in Central Time.
Most daytime program sessions are 1 hour and 40 minutes in length, followed by a 20-minute break. Exceptions are noted in the Program Schedule.

Please refer to the Program Schedule for a full daily listing of all sessions and evening events. Session presiders are asked to ensure that sessions start and end on time to participants ample time to transition between events and to avoid scheduling conflicts.
On Thursday, the meeting will kick off with the Opening Plenary from 5:00pm-6:30pm, followed by the Arrival Meet & Greet Reception from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
On Friday, the 10:30am-11:45am time slot is allocated for the SSSP Business Meeting, followed by the Town Hall: Open Forum from 11:50am-12:25pm in the same room. Evening events include the Welcoming Reception from 6:30pm-7:30pm and the Student Social Hour from 7:45pm-8:45pm.
On Saturday, the 4:30pm-5:30pm time slot is allocated for the Presidential Address, followed by the Awards Ceremony from 5:45pm-7:00pm, and the Division-Sponsored Reception from 7:15pm-8:15pm.
On Sunday, all sessions conclude at 4:10pm.
