Current members will vote online for or against the proposed amendments, or abstain. The voting period will be 30 days. The amendments will pass if two-thirds of the members voting online by the deadline vote in favor of the amendment. The final results of the vote shall be published as early as possible on the Society’s website. If you are not a current member, please click here to join or renew.

The proposed by-laws amendments were included on the 2025 General Election ballot. The voting deadline was March 15, 2025. The results of the proposed by-laws amendments will be posted soon.
